CBC's premier arts and culture radio show is in the midst of a rebranding effort after host and co-creator Ghomeshi was shown the door two weeks ago. "If you look up this hashtag on twitter the vast majority are recommending Norm Macdonald to be the new host.

3 injured on flight landing at Edmonton International AirportThree people were taken to hospital with minor injuries after an Air Canada plane bound for Grande Prairie, Alta. experienced a problem on a runway at Edmonton International Airport at 8:36. The Air Canada flight 8481 left Calgary with 71 passengers and 4 crew members. "It landed in Edmonton but then there was some incident shortly after it landed," she said.

(Reuters) - Three passengers sustained minor injuries in an accident involving an Air Canada Express flight while landing at the Edmonton Airport in Alberta on Thursday night, an airport spokeswoman said. Jazz Aviation LP, operating as Air Canada Express, said there was an accident involving a Q400 aircraft at about 8:30 p.m. Center Mountain Time. The injured were taken to the hospital and the rest were transported to the terminal building, said Traci Bednard, a spokeswoman for the Edmonton International Airport. Flight operations were normal without any delays, she said. ...
