RCMP said at a news conference Thursday, Oct. 23 that police are attempting to identify the source of the photo and don???t know who took it. RCMP also said Zehaf Bibeau, killed after a deadly shooting at the National War Memorial and on Parliament Hill, was not on the RCMP's watch list of potential high-risk travellers.
